Item arrived after a small delay in dispatch. Upon closer inspection the bear was damaged with a rip in the stitching on the front. There was no signs of damage in transit though. There was no mention of this damage on description. Seller did offer to repair however offer declined as it’s too time consuming and can repair ourselves. Comms with seller ok.

No damage was apparent prior to listing/dispatch and I suspect damage occurred in transit. Offered to repair the item or would have refunded on return if the buyer had preferred.
