Be prepared to receive this shed in 2 boxes, dispatched at the same time but which may (or may not) reach you over weeks, not days, and will likely have been damaged in transit because the packing is poor for such heavy items. Then when replacements are sent, these won't turn up, then when you've had a refund, all the missing boxes will turn up together in one delivery (unannounced) & you'll have to wait another week or so to have them collected. Customer service is also very poor. AVOID.

Great product and price. Excellent seller. Order despatched same day but package got lost by courier. After a week I contacted seller to see if they could help. They quickly came back to say courier had misplaced package and offered full refund or replacement. I asked for replacement which they despatched same day and it was delivered next day. Great communication from seller. Very proactive and professional. Very impressive service overall. Would certainly recommend!

Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
