This 27 iMac (with faulty LCD,) , was an i5 model in reality. Listed as an i7. Seller insisted "their database stated i7" �� Offered refund but I had fitted a new screen. Would have to cut it out, refit to original, post it... �� I asked for partial refunded, refused. Inflexible customer service, I'm not at all happy There was also a delivery issue they dealt with badly. . This isn't a lot of money, at all, but it's principle. ****Double check the item before buying with this seller*

We are not willing to be extorted out of money using the eBay feedback system. This claim is false e.g. why would you not confirm the spec of the machine before fitting a new screen? Happy to offer a full refund upon return and that is still the case. Thanks
