Delivery by ambush, but luckily I was in. Fitted together well, all parts were there except some screws were missing which seems to be a bit of a theme with Forest. I also needed extra nails to fix the felt properly but that might just be because of my inexperience. The only quality issue is with the batten between the doors - nailing it on as per instructions does not work, it soon falls off so I screwed it on from the front.

It was 8 in the morning, raining and the guy had been on the road for 3 hrs just to get to me, he had a smile on his face and nothing was a problem. Every thing was properly stacked in my garden and he made sure I was happy before he left. I got the impression I was dealing with a very rare thing. ….A company that cares about its customers.
