Sadly the item I brought had been inaccurately described so when it arrived, which it did quickly and well packaged, it was the wrong size. I found the retailer to be very helpful, they responded quickly to every message and they apologised for the error. The item has now been returned free of charge. The whole thing took time and was a bit of a faff with taking pictures, emailing and having to go to the next town to post. I have faith that my money is being returned and would use them again.
