The whole process of buying this TV from ordering to delivery was excellent and the item description was excellent and I am very impressed with the quality of the TV but I am not very good at setting things up like this and have had to have some help but overall very good value for money and I am a very happy customer and would recommend the seller.

Nice picture quality, although you may have to pair Bluetooth devices all over again every time you want to use a Bluetooth speaker even though you had just paired it before turning off the tv as it doesn’t just connect to the speaker and there is no way to switch between Bluetooth speakers and tv speaker. Also sometimes it can’t find my Wi-Fi even though every device in the house is connected to the same Wi-Fi and working fine. I would usually restart the TV to get it to recognize my Wi-Fi.

Really great experience, TV arrived quickly, communication was spot on tracking delivery, it was very well packed and everything they said it would be. Not a single finger mark on it, brand spanking new with accessories, remote, manual, stand sealed in a bag. All at a much cheaper price than the high street chains.
