These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Transactions are governed by British Law and any dispute in transactions will be settled by British Law.
ORDERS
Orders placed via our ebay shop are mere offers to purchase and shall not be accepted or binding upon us until confirmed or acknowledged by means of email or dispatch confirmation. SHORTAGES & DAMAGES
Once you or the person receiving the goods on your behalf has signed for them you have accepted that the goods are undamaged and that everything on the invoice/packing slip has been received. If goods are damaged and you inform us after signing for them we may not be able to make a claim from the couriers. Please inspect the goods as soon as possible after receipt and notify us immediately if there is a problem. If it is likely that you will not be the person signing for the goods (such as deliveries to a work address) it is your responsibility to ensure that the person signing knows what they are doing.

    No more itch
