As I use this laptop more & more I experience problems.... Firstly I found that the mini-HDMI socket doesn't work.... Now gradually I am having problems with the pad.... It keeps sticking... I have sprayed stuff round the edges to free it but it still sticks.... causing erratic effects on the screen.... I bought this as a quick replacement for my old laptop which had died..... Wish now that I had used the money available to purchase a re-furbished one.... Buying a cheap inferior product is NOT the way to go folks.....

Good all round laptop. Need to take off 10S to enable non Microsoft programmes, but that is easy. All connections work although full size HDMI would have been easier to use, but an adaptor soon corrected this. The micro SD card also is effective to increase memory storage. At the price £143 with reduction it is a good piece of kit.
