i bought 4 pair of pants two black and two blue. they came in the same package. the pants were three inches too short. i want to return them but i have to do a return for the black then the blue which means that i get charged double the amount of postage. i was quoted $17.17 for post two pants. the seller is trying to negotiate a part refund. is this just a scam?
