Spot on for sauces
This hand mixer is spot on for mixing sauces, powdered milk shakes etc, I’ve found that it does the job as stated. Only used three times so far, feels strong, so for long term use I cannot comment but in my opinion it will stand the test of time if used for the suggested uses.
