Arrived promptly, this is definitely a two person job to assemble. Tye instructions are at times a little vague as how the drop down drawers actually fit, you need a small hand and arm to get into the gap. Also the plastic components are a little brittle and hard to push into the holes. All that being said I do love the unit and it fits perfectly

Very pleased with shoe cupboard, looks lovely in the hall although I did think it was all going to all have a gloss finish not just the doors. Also the gloss is not wood with a gloss finish like you would expect but more like wood with a stick on shiny D C Fix fablon on them. Easy to put together and instructions clear. I raised it off the wall, attached some wall brackets and use bits of wood for 2 back legs as needed extra support.

Wow! I received the package two weeks early. Item is just as described. The box it came in was sturdy, but was banged up some, but the item had no damage to it. Good dispatch and delivery. On delivery the box itself was badly damaged I bought this product it was a refurbished. On opening I found some items of the kit marked and damaged which I was able to put right myself. I contacted the seller and sent photo's. They were very helpful and it showed me with a partial refund. The item is usable to force it was made for and I was lucky to find one at the price I did.
