The worst experience I have ever heard.
If you have time to worst, probably the best vendor to trade with.
My experience has been awful.
I paid for silver coffe table. They send gold.
The table itself the top glass is not secured and gets wobly when sitting in the frame.
Try to arrange a return they deduct 60 pounds ref some small footprint terms and conditions on their page.
I spend all day waiting for someone to come and pick the table. No one turns up.

Sorry but you reported to us that you wish to return as not matching and hence we arranged collection with our courier with charges.
Also, courier attempted collection on 28 March 2024 but collection failed as no one was home and also no one responded on call & messages. Courier will again attempt collection as soon as route is finalized into your area.
