The Bright Path Teaching
This book is phenomenal. It led me to the Bright Path Teachers. 36years trying to meditate with little success. I met these teachers 2 weeks ago and am now meditating 2 hours a day with huge results. If you struggle to meditate buy this book, or even better Google the Bright path and take a meditation course with these teachers then buy the book.
