Cheapest new Dyson V11 you could buy, everything you need for operation in the box.
Seems good quality build, cheapest online price, yes, damaged outer box, yes, but did not affect the product inside which came direct from Dyson with full guarantee, i was able to secure a good discount on this product from the advertised price due to ebay voucher, so as far as i can tell a real Ebay bargain. I cannot comment on reliability at the moment i have only used it twice but really pleased with the 'debris' pickup. Battery runs out too quick & heavy to use when doing whole house
Returning as battery runs out before you can finish doing the house. Its quite heavy too & hand gets tired from having to keep finger constantly on the "on" button. Plus points were the bin is bigger & although you can empty bin by pulling down red slider on bin, when emptying the cap at bottom of bin flicks out but is very flimsy....don't think it will last long as likely to break off. Could cope with it being heavy as could get used to it but having to recharge battery during use is a real nuisance so sending mine back.Returning as battery runs out before you can finish doing the house. Steal of the year!
This product is a steal at almost half the price due to damaged packaging. When I got this I couldn't find any signs of damage or use it was brand new. This V11 Outsize is an amazing product which has made cleaning a lot easier and quicker. The only downsides are overhead cleaning can be only so slightly tricky due to the weight and also the fact that the high torque cleaner even on the lowest setting would strip threads from my rug which meant I had to use a non motorised tool for the rug. This product is a steal at almost half the price due to damaged packaging. When I got this I couldn't find any signs of damage or use it was brand new. Firstly arrived with absolutely no damage to packaging - item was brand new in box and protective sleeve. Second... Performance is stupendous. So powerful and whilst appears heavy if balanced properly in use this is not a problem. Loads of tools included and as purchased with double whammy of Dyson outlet promo and eBay discount was truly great price that I could not at the time and still can't beat.Firstly arrived with absolutely no damage to packaging - item was brand new in box and protective sleeve. Best Vacuum Ever
This vacuum is the best one ever. We have had Dyson vacuums since the DC01 this is better than all of them. Make sure you clean the filters this keeps them like new. An under reach tool is also useful, you can get these on eBay easily. Its even made our son do vacuuming he loves it.
