good for the standard house. though quite light weight it serves the purpose. we stay in a windy place and the wind is incline to blow it away. have a grating below it to take water away so cable tied it to that. so now get a good rub before coming in to the house.

Good self draining doormat
Open, self draining construction so does not turn into a soggy mass on an exposed outside door step. Good stiff bristles clear mud. Easy to clean with a pressure washer. Only minus, because the bristles are so stiff it tends to move about a bit as you step on it so possible not ideal for someone with very poor balance.
