Delivered item not as advertised, would cost a further £150 to upgrade to advertised standard. As a lot of time spent installing software and correcting multiple problems before finding adertised fraud decided to keep laptop and upgrade to desired standard repair myself. Seller admits advertised description is just a general description, not an accurate one. Beware this seller.

This customer ordered a specific specification from the drop down boxes in the advert. We shipped him the precise specification as selected by the buyer. The buyer then rang our sales team and was verbally abusive to our staff including swearing. Beware of this buyer.
