I’ve contacted this seller as I ordered 4 US Pro Scanners. 2 US Pro spanner’s arrived along with 2 cheap poor quality Satin finished Neilsen spanner’s which are £2.50 each cheaper to buy from other sellers. They advised that the US Pro are out of stock yet they still have them for sale on their page? No offer of a refund when I said they are of no use to me as I bought them to complete sets. Disappointing to say the least hence the feedback. Reported to eBay. Your customer service is shocking.
