The seller claimed that the item was new, but after the cleats were delivered, I discovered they were used. I took a picture and communicated with the seller. In response, I received comments like, "It looked good when I was taking the photos," and "Feel free to return it." Yes, the is option to return, but I would have to pay for the return shipping and invest my time. Therefore, I've decided to leave this feedback to inform everyone that this seller's descriptions may not be accurate.
