The problems I encountered were solely down to Royal Mail. The seller kept me updated throughout and we agreed that eBay may provide unrealistic delivery times, which immediately makes the buyer feel disappointed. The parcel arrived damaged (again due to Royal mail- together with an apology from them). Luckily the contents were undamaged and I was delighted with them. the item was delayed by Royal Mail and completely out of my control, the item was posted within 24 hours of receiving the order and customer did receive her item 48 hours later than anticipated.
