Received package promptly but cuttings aerial roots were broken/kinks in places. Very disappointed. Had cut off the aerial roots up to the last kinks nearest to the stem nodes. I ended up with 4cm aerial root in length with one of the cuttings + 5-9cm in length on the other one. I communicated these incident to the Seller but said "were listed as unrooted cuttings". I disagreed Seller's comments and responded but completely ignored. Please do so if you want to improve your reputation as a Seller
