I went out of my way to message the seller before purchasing to ensure it was a completely new and sealed item as it says it is (stock images are a typical red flag), I was told it was. The notebook arrives with a sizeable dent in the side to the point you can actually see the beige cardboard the book is made with, lots of tears in the seal and even after a polite message asking for a return along with very detailed photographs - I got no response. I wouldn't trust this seller again.

Absolute pack of lies. The only true thing was that I never replied and that was because ebay advised me not to when I asked them about dealing with false claims. The only damage was to the cellophane which the pictures I sent showed. When this person received the photos (after asking for them) they said they was completely happy.

Blown away by the amount of lies here. Firstly, it isn't a false claim (I provided photos of the damage!) - I'm an renowned eBay seller myself on an alternate account so would not abuse the system at risk of losing my account. Secondly, no photos were sent to me at all. If that was the case why is there a stock image on the listing? Just use a real photo. Thirdly, I've never had issues with anyone else on eBay, please take a look at this seller's feedback, I've never felt so insulted in my life.
