All of our TV’s are covered by a 12 month parts & labour return-to-base warranty. If your TV develops a fault within this warranty period please return it to us following the procedure below.

Some of our clearance or reduced TV’s are covered by a 12 month parts & labour return-to-base warranty (please check individual listings for warranty information). If your TV develops a fault within this warranty period please return it to us following the procedure below.
Please note: warranty on clearance & reduced-price TV’s does not cover the fault as described at point of sale, or any further faults that may occur in relation to the fault described at point of sale.

There is no need to fill out any paperwork or submit any forms, we simply keep a record of your purchase date as proof of your warranty period. When claiming the warranty, all you need to do is give us a call and provide the name and address used when making your order, and we’ll do the rest

Our Warranty Claims Procedure
1. Contact our customer service team on 0737 6667778 or send a message via the eBay messaging service to explain the problem you are experiencing
 
2. Our customer service team will first provide troubleshooting support, and will send a link from which you can upload a video of the fault directly from your mobile phone or device
 
Please note: it is important not to pack away your product if you are opening a warranty claim as we will require a video of the fault before we can proceed.
 
3. Our customer service team will review the information and video you have provided and respond with a solution within 1 working day
 
4. If we need to arrange collection of your product, we will require all original packaging it arrived in (including any outer protective packaging). Please do not throw this away. This is to ensure we received it back in one piece!
Please note: if you no longer have the packaging and require us to supply it, there will be an additional charge.
 
All additional charges subject to VAT.
 
How Long will it Take?

We aim to provide a replacement or return the repaired unit within 3 working days from the date it was collected from you.
Refunds
Refunds are usually processed within 2 working days however it may take longer to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

If you return a product that has been tampered with, we will return to sender at your cost.

    Good value for money.

    Minus,s = No detailed manual left me guessing how to operate the radio functions and the usb functions. Would not describe the sound as "Mega" it,s no pa system but volume is more than adequate. Speaker cables are a bit short. On plus sides has a good sound quality remote works excellently and once you "guess" how to operate is easy to use.

    Lg cm4360 hifi

    Brought this believing as it said on the spec page supplied by Curry's it has a ear phone jack well it hasn't only found out unwrapping very disappointed with being mislead. It is probably a good HiFi system but I really needed the jack point for my headphones means now I've gotta pay again to replace a very good set of headphones or send it back

    Nice hifi for the price.

    Really nice unit for the price, pretty loud for a mini hifi. It says second hand but it was still wrapped and all looks brand new. Loads of preset sound eqs works really well for what I need and I took the advice I saw on another review somewhere that works well with better speakers so hooked up the kefs and yep sounds beast. Great little hifi, would recommend it to anybody looking to buy a new 1.
