The cost of 3 bulbs was around 52 GBP. In the customs declaration on the package, the seller mentioned 62.28 GBP. Any value above 75 USD (= around 60 GBP) requires paying additional local tax. Due to the higher wrong value stated, I had to pay an additional lical tax of 10.5 GBP (instead of zero) to get the package. In addition the bulbs were poorly packed. The seller is not responsive.

Your new best friend (but be realistic on it's cutting capacity)
A good, sharp and strong set of small snips. Nice and compact but still tough. Actually not super tough, I managed to bend one of the blades on mine so they don't line up properly now, but it's my fault. I cut something too big for it, instead of walking back to the toolbox and getting the big snips. So they are small snips for small snipping, not for inch rebar. Use them within their intended capacity and they are a quality and faithful tool that will outlive its owner. Strong, precision German engineering.A good, sharp and strong set of small snips. Love these cutters
Knipex products always tend to be really good. These cutters are fantastic. Really flush cut. Nice and light and strong enough for everything I need them for. I tend to carry 4-5 different cutters with me and these are always first choice.
