The seller went ABOVE AND BEYOND the regular transaction as I never received the original item I wasn’t aware that the courier company that thegy used had attempted to deliver the product but as I wasn’t in it wasn’t delivered. BUT they NEVER left any correspondence ( post office card) to let me know the situation so product went returned to sender month later made enquiries about my product apologies sent and replacement product to boot excellent service thank you
