Transferred the warranty using Dell's site without issues(Good for them), as owner information is detailed in the invoice documentary.
I'm not sure about communication - Didn't receive an answer to question regarding warranty transfer(week passed), but it can be because seller is busy now, and I managed to do it myself without seller's intervention.
