This item had a problem, and I've had a couple items from them recently that have had an issue in some way or another, but their customer service is great, they are quick to respond, polite, and make sure they solve the issue if any problems do arise. Sometimes things go wrong, but it' s what happens if it does that matters, and the after sales service seems good if any problems do arise. These guys are normally brilliant. Item arrived boxed on time, however, on inspection, one of the pod cups had been broken. I contacted the seller who refunded the purchase price for a new pod cup. This was excellent customer service, the refund was within a day of delivery. I have ordered another velvetiser from this seller!

The item was described as certified refurbished Excellent but when it arrived the right ear bud didn’t work. The seller was very good - they issued a return label on Christmas Day itself. But still disappointing given it was supposed to be a gift. To top it off I then found the same model brand new on the retailers website for the same price, so the sellers pricing is way off too. Good returns process etc but would rather all of this not have happened in the first place.
