The item was not as described. It was advertised as being a new Electric Shaver but when it arrived the box had obviously been opened before and the packaging was damaged. On contacting the seller they advised that they had made a 'mistake' in the details and it should have been listed as an ex-display model. A £5.00 discount was offered as compensation but I wanted the item as a present and declined the offer. The package was returned and a refund issued.

    Poop imitation of a great original product, hiding under similar badging.

    This is the 3rd series 3 wet and dry Braun shaver I have purchased in the last few years. This one is less powerful and the battery only lasts 6/7 days. Previous similar models lasted 2 weeks or more. Also no indication of when running out. Last models had a red light., so I want left with half a shave.

    Lightweight with great features

    It was a Christmas present for my husband, he is very pleased with it's performance. It gets into the contours of his face, gives a close shave and is light to handle. It is also great that you can use it for a wet shave also.

    We must reap what is sewn.

    No, it is not better than expected, quite the opposite! I was disappointed with its quality, but not surprised. No products are as good as in the past: our 4th Golf is the same. I chose a series 3 Braun razor to replace the one I’ve had for at least 10 years, but the new one is not as effective. Could the reason be that everything is made in China now, with its inferior quality materials. But I would add that it’s not the fault of the seller, nor EBay!
