The photographs of the item didn't show the full extent of the wear, which is important with used stuff. The seller issued a refund with a grumpy message instead of accepting the return, which was a bit odd as I assumed they would want it back to try and sell again, but the money is back in my account even though I still have the item, so cannot complain too much. An odd experience, but not a bad one by any means.
