    Great to ease chronic pain

    This is the second one I've purchased, I have one permanantly in my bed and one to keep in my living room. I've had my first one for over 5 years and I've used it almost daily to help ease my arthritic back when I'm in bed. I love it so much and its easy to take away with you too... great price, very soft and pliable.

    Heat Pad - too cool

    It produces heat very inconsistently. Some days it is warm enough to be effective but there are times when very little heat is produced. There does not appear to be any reason for this. I have had one before for several years before it packed up but I thought that it was good value but this is brand new and poor value. I have a chronic back condition which heat helps enormously so this product is very disappointing

    Great product but wrong plug

    I love this product I’ve had one before and lost it, very good quality and the heat settings are perfect temperatures depending on how warm u want it. The only problem is I live in Australia and ordered the product to Australia and they’ve sent me one with a UK power plug on it. It’s easily fixable have just taken to my nearby electrical appliance technician to fix but it is an extra cost and effort.

    Heat pad

    This item is easy to use and good value. It isn’t too hot which makes it suitable for use over 2-3 hours. If a stronger short term heat is required this wouldn’t be suitable. I always use it on the highest setting and use it regularly.
