The shoes were reasonably priced and arrived quickly. They were packaged in a plastic bag and each shoe was carefully wrapped in paper. The pictures online did not show a stain on one of the heels. The angle in question was not shown at all. I contacted the seller to ask if they knew what kind of stain it was. The answer was that they did not notice the stain. I don't understand how the stain was missed if each shoe was individually wrapped before being shipped.
