problem was that item was not the true color as advertised on manufacture website. when contacted seller about the issue seller began to get unprofessional. in result i filed a dispute. seller then became even more unprofessional and rude about the problem.

This buyer confused my shoe and listing with another picture on another website. Thinking she was gonna get that one instead. And no i'm not kidding. She saying my shoe color didn't match another companies website. And she wanted another companies shoe. How can i give you their shoe?

I purchased a pair of Brooks Ghost 15’s. They were described as lightly worn but they’re really like new! They were shipped to me simply in a USPS box and some bubble wrap. It didn’t come with the original box but I’m not complaining. To me, the less waste, the better. Shipping took slightly longer than expected but USPS is to blame, not flipfarm. I definitely recommend buying shoes from flipfarm and would purchase from them again. I can’t wait to start running in my new shoes!
