There excuse was that the price was cheap
It took days to come and I needed it for a present so I didnt have time to return to have a refund
I just asked for a small refund for my trouble but they refused

Customer wasn't happy with the product so i offered her full refund including postage label. But she was insisting to gave her partially refund. I offered her partially refund but she was not happy with the amount. Needed more discount. Not a genuine buyer. Please be aware.

My order arrived with major pieces missing and after I contacted the seller she advise me the item had never been opened, but clearly it had, as nothing was packed or protected correctly and as the item was a premium nursery products, I dont belive they would firstly send it out without packing and protection for the enclosed item, and secondly I don't believe the manufacturer wouldn't have missed 2 major parts to the product. My return is a nightmare, seller still not arranged return. Avoid!
