Any goods supplied by us are not sold on a trial basis or on any approval and therefore are not subject to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. We would like you to be happy with your purchase, if unsure of fitting or suitability please contact us first.
 
Prices
All prices include VAT at the current rate of 20%.
 
Payment
All items must be paid for in full when ordered, before they can be despatched. We accept payment via Paypal or alternatively you can send a cheque, however no goods will be despatched until your cheque has cleared. If your payment by cheque is dishonoured we reserve the right to recover all our costs with regards to bank charges and administration. This fee is £10.00 per returned cheque.

2 Years warranty
 
From the 1st of September 2016 all Karcher HD and Karcher HDS pressure washers sold by North West Trading Company are covered with a 2 year warranty subject to servicing.
 
 
 
Karcher HD Pressure Washers
 
All Karcher HD cold water pressure washes must be serviced by us at the end of year one to qualify for a second years warranty. Rubber seals / o, rings are wear and tear items and are not covered under manufacturers or North West Trading Company’s extended warranty. The high pressure hose, lance and gun are covered by a 28 day Karcher UK warranty. Any Damage or misuse will not be covered by any warranty.
 
 
 
Karcher HDS Pressure washers
 
All Karcher HDS hot water pressure washers must be serviced by us to qualify for a second years warranty. Please contact us for more details with regards to cost and servicing frequency. Rubber seals / o, rings are wear and tear items and are not covered under Karcher UK or North West Trading Company’s extended warranty. The high pressure hose, lance and gun are covered by a 28 day Karcher UK warranty. Any damage or misuse will not be covered by any warranty.
 
In order for a Karcher HDS machine to have more than 12 months warranty on the heating coil Karcher RM110 or RM111 chemical protector must be used in accordance with Karcher UK guide lines. Please contact us for more information regarding 1 - 3 years coil warrantys
 
 
 
Warranty
All parts come with a 12 month warranty excluding seals, high pressure hoses, and fair wear and tear. Should an item become faulty or stop working, you must contact us straight away. It we request the item to be returned to us for repair or to give you a replacement the item must be returned with your purchase invoice, it must also be returned at your cost and remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We will take no responsibility for any items lost in the post.
 
Delivery
All items will be despatched in the time scale and by the method stated in the add listing. If an item is out of stock a delivery time will be advised when you place your order. If you are not happy with the delivery time stated then we will look to give you a refund. If more than one item is purchased at the same time and not all the items are in stock we reserve the right to split the order and send items separately.
 
Returns
At our discretion we may accept unwanted items supplied. You must contact us and speak to us verbally regarding these matters. Items must be returned no more than 14 days from the date you received delivery. Any items returned must be unopened and undamaged. A 20% restocking and handling charge will be deducted from your refund, as well as any eBay charges we have incurred. It is your responsibility to return the item to us including incurring any costs. We will take no responsibility for any items lost in the post. The original invoice must be returned with the item (not a copy).

    As good as Henry? Better by a country mile

    As the title suggests, this vacuum is as good as the Henry model (Nu-Matic) and was purchased for our office cleaning. It is more powerful, with a longer power cord, quiet and easier to handle, empty and use than the Henry before. I will be buying one for home use once the current vacuum cleaner stops working

    Suck it up.

    Good quality replacement for my 25 year old Hoover Wet/Dry. Has great suction for DIY clean up which was the main issue. Easy to clean out or rebag, has really long cable which is handy and steel extension pipes so should last forever. I won't be using it on carpets etc so can't comment on that but it will lift a carpet with the suction. Choice was a Henry or this, time will tell if its a good buy.

    The best vacuum cleaner.

    This is without a doubt the best vacuum cleaner we have purchased and we've had a lot, Shark, Dyson, Miele, Henry, Sebo. It's very simple to use and pretty powerful compared to the Henry, if you could get a turbobrush attachment that would be great. But other than that we can't complain. Would definitely recommend.

    have used henry for the best part of 30 yrs but have heard good things about the karcher so ifinally took the plunge and got myself one and I'm so glad I did it is extremely powerful and very light
