Delivery delayed because DHL left it with Sainsbury not Argos and it was left in their goods inwards. I had to get Argos to look for it. Packing poor for a fragile item in the post, light cardboard and a little loose bubble wrap. Took hours to get WiFi connected due to limited instructions. Still got a red information light and panel blink not explained by HP. Printer and scanner seem to work ok.

Printer arrived and the mains plug had a pin missing so I contacted the seller who said it must have happened in transit although there was no pin in the box and the item was well packaged. They apologised and reimbursed me the price of a plug so that I could buy one. Since then I have only managed to make the printer print once after multiple attempts connecting it to my phone AND laptop using the hp app and various other apps. It is useless!
