The item was of very poor quality asked to send it back,I was offered 30% as it was from China and returning it was expensive,I agreed 50% as I did understand it wasn't expensive but not my fault it was poor quality,The supplier was OK to deal with they need to find better retailer, felt like it was my fault. Think a full refund was the correct thing but to much hassle
