Contacted seller because the item I ordered arrived damaged. One of the cups handles were broken off. Seller says if I do not send a picture I cannot do anything about it and they will not refund my money. I conveyed to the seller that I am old and computer illiterate and do not have a way to send her a picture.

SELLERS BEWARE. Buyer purchased quality item and as soon as she received, tried to get us to refund her money by claiming received broken AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE ANY PROOF OF HER CLAIM-PHOTO OR OTHERWISE. NOTHING - JUST GIVE HER MONEY BECAUSE SHE SAYS SO. Then when we followed eBay's advice to require evidence of claim, Buyer damaged our historically 100% feedback for an entire year! Sellers beware.
