The item arrived broken and the packaging was squashed. I mentioned this to the seller and was offered a full refund of the purchase and postage price (if applicable). Not quite as expected, but a starting place to add other medals (with the words "6 pack" I thought I was getting 2 x 6 hangers, not just 2 individual hangers!). Have found less expensive supplier so will use them for other 10 hangers. But arrived sooner than expected, which is good.
