As seen above, the photograph has two goblets as seen. Yes, in the description "Balloon" is singular, but it certainly gives the impression that the consumer is buying two glasses. This surreptitious and underhandedly way of advertising gives Ebay a negative reputation. I would not purchase from this individual again and I would encourage you to do the same. The purchase was made on November 10 - it arrived on the 29th. He refunded my shipping costs, but doesn't accept returns. I wonder why?
