I have contacted the seller numerous times. I purchased a cake topper last Monday with delivery Wed or Thurs of that week. It didn't arrive so contacted the seller who said she had sent it first class, the order details clearly said 2nd class. I still had not received it by Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday of this week and today 31/1/24. The seller is going to refund the item.
