Bought the three pack with answerphone station from BT but needed another handset. This came brand new and in perfect condition. Linking it to already unstalled set was relatively easy. The fact that these handsets use standard AAA rechargeable batteries is a big bonus. Couldn't ask for more.

Sound quality tinny & Very quiet. Mobile number transfer feature is easy to use, but you cannot edit a transferred number within the BT phone. Really chuffed with this phone. We found it really simple to set up. It has nice large buttons when programming the phone book and it is easy to use. A nice range of ring tones and easily heard all over the house - an advantage for the hard of hearing. I would certainly recommend this.
