Having paid over £24 per pack for these ( and am unable to source them via GP), was very dismayed when post arrived and envelope damaged: only one of the boxes present, and this looked as though it had been badly squashed, but bottle intact. Attempts to obtain refund / replacement from seller unsuccessful. Unsure whether Royal Mail responsible, but understand complaints can only be made by seller. £24 out of pocket, and am put off buying from eBay. First time in several years I’ve had a problem.

Good for dehydrated skin
I have been struggling with oily dehydrated skin for a few years. Though this hasn’t completely solved the issue it’s made a big difference. You get a good amount for the price especially as you only need one pump for your whole face. I wouldn’t use it with a cotton pad as this wastes product (it’s a liquidy gel texture). I gave it 4 for the packaging as the pump is a bit stiff and the product sometimes splashes out when I press the pump. This product was recommended by many and rightly so. Though I experienced negative effects from using this product (made my skin dried out and look dull), on the area that I patch tested on for a couple of days, it did everything it said it would. It reduced swelling I didn't even know I had (thanks to the carefully chosen ingredients) which slimmed my cheeks and face. Skin was firmer and products absorbed better. However, if you're new to the K-Beauty scene like me, don't be fooled by it's promise to be suitable for all skin types and remember this is an acid toner, not a balancing one. The job of this toner is to gently exfoliate the skin and even prevent break outs. Balancing toners (the type I mistook this for) simply restore the skin's pH so that other skincare products can absorb ... This product was recommended by many and rightly so. Love it!!!
