GRADING AND CONDITION
With regards to item condition we abide to the following criteria listed below in our grading system table. The condition of all of our items is clearly noted in the description and all follow the same grading system for cosmetic and working condition. Things such as wireless/network cards are not tested.
 
Please take note of our grading system clearly stated in the item description to avoid any misconceptions about the item.
NEW/BOXED - An unused item, complete in original box including all manuals, CD’s, power cables etc.
NEW - An unused item however it may not have its original packaging or instructions.
REFURBISHED – An item that is second user that has no major cosmetic damage the item may have had parts replaced or repaired along with casing.
USED - An Item that is second user part, which has been tested and fully functional unless stated.
REPAIRABLE/SPARES AND REPAIRS - An item of varied cosmetic and working condition.
 
ADDITIONAL PARTS
Unless stated in the description, we will not include any other additional parts and components with the item.

PAYMENT
We accept Paypal, BACS, Cheques and Postal Orders.
We require payment within 5 working days, if payment is not made within this time we will issue a non payment strike
Cheque’s/Postal Orders- please make payable to Remarketing IT Limited and allow 5 working days for clearance.
BACS - please email us and we will supply our bank details in order that you can transfer money.
VAT is included in the final price.
 
WARRANTY
All of our items carry a 14 day warranty unless otherwise stated.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item upon receipt you can return it to us for a refund or replacement, less postage. Please contact us before returning any item; buyers are responsible for the cost of returning any such items
All items must be returned within 7 days of purchase, unused, in the original packaging and fully insured to the total value of the goods.
We will deduct the value of any goods missing from the original packaging from any refund given.
We cannot refund any shipping charges incurred by the customer.
Please include a copy of the original invoice with your eBay username and the reason you are returning the item.
Please contact us with any issues before leaving NEGATIVE feedback we will resolve any issues quickly & efficiently given the opportunity.
 
DELIVERY & COLLECTIONS
If you live in the Scottish Highlands, Eire or Northern Ireland please email for a shipping quote before ordering. We cannot send items to these regions until we have quoted the correct price and additional shipping charges have to be paid where necessary.
We use DHL and TNT as our couriers and they all require a contact telephone number in order to deliver goods so please make sure you provide one when ordering. If you require a tracking number please email us.
Collection - Collection is possible by prior arrangement, so please email or call in advance.
Please allow 5 working days from cleared payment for delivery.
Please ensure your item is checked on delivery for damages and signed for accordingly with the courier. We cannot claim for damages caused in transit unless items are checked and signed for accordingly on delivery.
