Item arrived intact and as described. However, the processing was very slow when compared to the vast majority of the other sellers on eBay. Waited 3 days after purchasing the shipping before getting it to the post office for shipping and didn't actually do so until after I inquired why USPS did not yet have it. Then the communication reply from the seller was condescending and factually false, then another reply was plain rude.
