Unfortunately item did not arrive, through no fault of the seller. In fact, when I contacted them after allowing 2 months for delivery, they were fantastic. They submitted a claim with the post office in Japan, and were able to determine tracking ended upon reaching the US. We agreed upon a partial refund as a good resolution to the issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this seller again. Not receiving my item was not their fault, and they were so responsive trying to remedy the problem

I'm leaving a positive review, but a limited one. Relying on national post office for final delivery is a poor choice, due to address mismatch and customs fees mess. I was not notified (by anybody) that my parcel is struck 2km from my home and basically waited until I've manually checked parcel tracking, went there by foot and picked it up.
It's in the middle of 1,5mln city in EU, quite ridiculous.
As for the item - everything's okay, 100% positive.
