    Good vegetarian choice

    I wanted magnesium chloride tablets, a decent strength and vegetarian. These were ideal, however the tablets are chawky and break. I think that's because its chloride and not stereate or other forms the magnesium comes in. I don't mind that as I wanted the magnesium chloride form but I may buy the magnesium flakes next time.
