Posted the item 6 days after payment was made. The item then didn't arrive for a further 7 days, missing out on the expected delivery date by several days. After all that, the item (a mirror) arrived smashed, but the smashed pieces were nowhere to be found in the box - meaning it had been packed up broken and knowingly sold as such. Terrible transaction from start to finish. Eventually refunded.
