Well, I can honestly say that in over 30 years of music production, I have never quite come across an amp of this quality for this price... The sound separation is awesome, the quality is excellent and the care that was taken with the packaging was top notch..... Truly brilliant. There is no background noise at all... it's crisp and crystal clear. I'm using it as a reference monitor amp in my studio and it does the job perfectly. Yes, it's an intergrated "HiFi" amp, and that's what most people use to listen to music, so it's the ideal unit to use. I could have bought a "studio" amp, but I know that this will be great to mimic what jo-public will use. Simply outstanding. Very clean power and great build quality.
Very clean unaffected sound as I use it to power rwo sets of studion monitor speakers. Added bonus that I've now added a turntable to my studio set up via this amp. Not masses of power, but you are not gonna want blood pouring out of your ears when doing hours of mix-down production. Super build quality and absolutely silent in operation. Cheers

I have been a hifi geek for thirty plus years so I've heard a few amps over the years. I was given one of these amps last week, saved from a skip, I expected it to be a bit crap and I had no intention of keeping it, but it has just replaced my digital amp in my system as it is clearly highly superior to it. It's the quality where you think "I should buy a spare one in case it goes wrong". Sound is clear, clean, punchy, uncompressed, accurate and transparent and I am very happy with it, thank you very much. Sell it to you? No chance, I'm too busy listening to music.... August 2020 update: I got the ‘upgrade bug’ and swapped this for an upgraded refurbished Classic A&R A60 and really wish I hadn’t.
