Seller is not managing issues with its courier agency properly and on time. Package was sitting in seller country of dispatch for 3 weeks without clarification from seller side. If I was not prompt and asked every week what is the status, I would most likely still wait for the package. From the other side product is as described, everything is exceptional there. A little room for improvement for seller but guarantee shipment.
