There was no issue with the service everything was quick and smooth but the quality of the product is incredibly poor, especially for the price tag. It was already breaking and snapping during assembly i tried drilling pilot holes and modify it with no luck. (i restore classic cars from ground up in case anyone questions my ability to assemble a sandpit). Once it was finished the kids broke it before i even managed to get some sand. Flimsy cheap and brittle.

Absolute nightmare to deal with, part missing, which we didn’t find until we’d unwrapped it, for them to decide they wanted the bag number the part should have been in. STILL wrong part sent, limited communication. Now have a shed with a three inch gap in the door. Really unimpressed!

Absolutely appalling company. I waited over a month for the shed to be despatched then before it even got to me i got told it was to damaged to be delivered so i contacted the seller and sent them the photos i had been given by the delivery company. After two weeks waiting for them to tell me what was going on which i never got i asked for a refund. Horrible service from start to finish.
