Didn't ship the items after 10 days! I placed around AU$1000 order and contacted them a few times but never responded. I think they are scam.

noorbaaraan is absolutely correct. At no fault of his/hers, I did not ship the order. I did submit a full refund through Ebay.
I'm not going to make excuses other than that I dropped the ball on two orders placed during the same time-frame, and that I will do my best to ensure this does not happen again.
100% my fault for not getting the order out.
